I love Panera Mac n cheese it’s the one thing I consistently order. Today I got it via drive thru and it was scalding hot. I waited 10minutes still too hot to eat, 20mins still burning, 30 mins past and I still have to blow on it to eat it. If I knew I was going to have to wait 30+ minutes to eat my food I would have got something else.

This is purely on the speed of the service at the drive through.
Im not sure why there is a drive-through at panera to begin with but I had to take a piss and I had waited so long already that I got out of the car and walked inside to pee and the line in front of me moved one car space when I got back to the car.

All I had was a regular bagel with cream cheese.. and it was good. And the customer service was better... I like the atmosphere there. It was nice 👍👍
Chris and staff deserve credit here. Mario, Ariana, and Annmary were agreeable and made visits pleasant. A cinch to describe this as a nice place. My dog is excited when we visit (for pup cups) and the extended evening hours are notable.
