Chris and staff deserve credit here. Mario, Ariana, and Annmary were agreeable and made visits pleasant. A cinch to describe this as a nice place. My dog is excited when we visit (for pup cups) and the extended evening hours are notable.

I have told this store for several years that their Pepsi tastes bad. Tried it again this week and it is still bad.
This location is very slow in the drive thru. When you drive up to the window the staff is standing around conversing with one another while their drive thru line is wrapped around the parking lot.

The last couple times I picked up a drive-through online pick up order the girl at the window was very moody and seemed to be bothered by me when I asked if I can have extra sauce another time they forgot something in my order and I asked for it and the same girl gave me an attitude about it. This last time I came they forgot THE CHICKEN in my chicken frontega sandwich and I called the manager and he didn’t seemed bothered by this or concerned as I drove all the way home just to find no chicken in my already overpriced lunch….this location just isn’t the best. So far my favorite location has been the one on hospitality in San Bernardino. They hardly ever make mistakes and the staff is so nice and helpful.

We ordered 1/2 a sandwich for pick 2. However my half sandwich is a 1/4 sandwich. It's ridiculous. We've ordered there before, and never had that issue. Just awful.
