I've been to this restaurant three times, and I haven't taken pictures because it didn't occur to me! 🤷🏻♀️ I want my comment to be taken as constructive criticism for the owner and the other cook(s) at this restaurant. 🙂 I'm a very good Mexican cook, and I've always tried to cook each dish with its original ingredients to preserve and teach my family the culinary traditions of our country and the state of Jalisco. 👩🦳 I know that each state in Mexico varies in its ingredients and cooking methods, but I try to maintain the original flavor of each dish, precisely to preserve its authenticity. On the three occasions I've been to this restaurant, I've tried three different dishes they make: green chilaquiles, red chilaquiles, and this last time, menudo. The green chilaquiles are okay, but the red ones are much better. 🙂 They're very generous portions. But the menudo is terrible! I've tried different menudos at other restaurants and from people who cook and sell food at home. But the menudo at this restaurant smells and tastes terribly bad. ☹️ The menudo meat has an old, overcooked texture, and the meat isn't washed properly. The ingredients they add don't give it a good flavor. The menudo was extremely salty and cold, and the tortillas were awful. 😒 It was very poorly served. From the moment they served me the menudo, I could smell the bad aroma, and seeing the meat, I could tell it was terrible! 😟 I couldn't finish it; it made my stomach churn terribly, and I left with a horrible stomach bug! So, the menudo they sell and serve at that restaurant is the worst I've ever had in San Bernardino. 😕 I'm sorry, 🫤 but I'm not giving that menudo any stars. It made my stomach very sick! 🤢 I hope they can change it and try to cook it much better, since the restaurant has great potential. 🤷🏻♀️

Ordered the most expensive plate new york steak meal asked for well done and was given a rare steak came all the way back was denied a refund and they just cooked the same meat again instead of giving new meat.. mind you i stay 15 minutes away

Great typical diner options. We had the egg sandwich with ham and a side of potatoes. And a pancake breakfast. Everything was flavored great. Pancakes were yummy, with a hint of sugar in the pancake. The potatoes were flavored well. Make sure to ask for the cooked and salted jalepeno on the side, perfect spice.
