Terrible customer service. Quality drinks where ? They practically toss the drinks out of drive-thru. More worried about their drive thru time over treating a customer right.

Update: I have given them sp many chances and it always gets worse.
DONT COME HERE. 20 mintues for a mobile order A single drink. When i got it very obvious that hes making 5 drinks at once my drink its all melted when its a blended drink. WORSE STARBUCKS IN THE CITY. They only care about drive thru dont bother walking in.
Don't do reusable cups here they take a 3rd of the drink it's like my cup is 16oz a grande is guess what 16oz......

I ordered my drink with a little ice and they gave me 1/2 glass of ice. I asked for coconut milk and they didn't add it, but they did charge me for something I didn't want.

We have been to this location several times, at least every Saturday morning. The music is wayyy too loud here. You can hear it when you park in front then when you go inside everyone SCREAMS WELCOME!!! When you walk up to the employee to take your order you can’t hear him and it feels like you have to scream to tell him what you want. We were going to order food but when the employee asked “would you like anything else?” My husband said what?? Employee had to repeat 3 times so my husband said No in frustration. As I sit here and write the review the employee’s are yelling at each other and banging equipment around. If they don’t turn down the volume, we will not be back. We have already started looking for other coffee shops and it will not be Starbucks.

DO NOT WALK IN. They service the drive-through faster. The drive through is prioritized. They will put your drinks last in the queue if you walk in.

What’s the point of a mobile order? I was waiting in there 10 minutes for one drink even tho my app said it had been ready 16 minutes ago. Come to find out , they gave my drink to someone is drive thru. I was about to walk away when my drink magically appeared. And no they were not busy and had 4 people working. Not coming here again.

I’m traveling from out town on business. I arrived just before the store opened. The crew seemed stressed and preoccupied with setting up for the morning. No eye contact, no friendly attitude. I left feeling like I was an interruption.

I’ve been coming here since the store opened, however I also used to be Starbucks partner at another location. I love the mobile ordering in the morning, the morning crew always gives 100%. Although this store is always busy with costumers, I’m always greeted when I come in. I’ve also come here to study in the evenings. The vibe is super chill, and the partners here are very friendly in the evenings too.
No Starbucks location is perfect, but I do see how this place can get a bad reputation with bad costumer attitudes and those who are impatient at peak times.
