I appreciate that Starbucks has low carb options, even if limited. None of the other coffee shops do. Food and drinks are good. People are warm and welcoming. I usually use the drive thru, but I live close enough to walk here and do with my husband to have coffee with him on our days off.
Only trouble is they removed most of the chairs at the individual tables so even though there is room to sit, you're mostly standing near the tables. They have some outdoor seating. The music is often way too loud to ha e coffee with a friend here.

Different quality depending on the time of day and Fast service almost always.
I tend to order hot matcha and sometimes it feels so light that I have to open and check. This time, no surprise, it wasn’t full. The barista asked if I wanted another. I said no, just top it off. So she did. But then gave me a very cold matcha. I had an appointment to get to that I opted not to go in and have them feel the cold cup and see no steam.
Other times, matcha is perfect. So it must depend on the barista making it.

Update: I have given them sp many chances and it always gets worse. DONT COME HERE. 20 mintues for a mobile order A single drink. When i got it very obvious that hes making 5 drinks at once my drink its all melted when its a blended drink. WORSE STARBUCKS IN THE CITY. They only care about drive thru dont bother walking in. Don't do reusable cups here they take a 3rd of the drink it's like my cup is 16oz a grande is guess what 16oz......
