Different quality depending on the time of day and Fast service almost always.
I tend to order hot matcha and sometimes it feels so light that I have to open and check. This time, no surprise, it wasn’t full. The barista asked if I wanted another. I said no, just top it off. So she did. But then gave me a very cold matcha. I had an appointment to get to that I opted not to go in and have them feel the cold cup and see no steam.

We have been to this location several times, at least every Saturday morning. The music is wayyy too loud here. You can hear it when you park in front then when you go inside everyone SCREAMS WELCOME!!! When you walk up to the employee to take your order you can’t hear him and it feels like you have to scream to tell him what you want. We were going to order food but when the employee asked “would you like anything else?” My husband said what?? Employee had to repeat 3...
