Anaviv catered our wedding and WOW they did an amazing job. So many folks came up to us to comment on the food. Having great food at the wedding was so important to us, and every passed appetizer and served dish was excellent. They easily accommodated dietary restrictions and adapted to last-minute changes in guest-count. They were incredibly gracious and professional from the first moment of the tasting through the last course of the meal and I would pick them again 100 times over. When we began planning our wedding, the quality of the food was a high priority and Anaviv did not disappoint.Wendy has now catered my baby naming, bat mitzvah, and wedding. She was on site the day of our wedding from setup to tear down, and boy did she go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She saw that each area was setup according to our needs and she did a walkthrough with us prior to the wedding day. On the day of our wedding, she regularly checked on us to make sure we got a chance to enjoy our meal. The appetizers, entree, and desserts tasted amazing. Many guests were telling us how much they liked the food.Honestly, from the food tasting to the wedding day, everything was top notch. Each item was well thought out and based on our dietary requests. Anaviv was able to create a Rabbinically supervised kosher feast that tasted like it was from a gourmet restaurant. The food was exceptional in quality and it also was presented in a visually appealing manner. The staff were kind, on time, and left the venue clean.Truly, Anaviv is the best catering company we could have asked for! We enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who wants a low stress wedding day.

Yesterday Chef Ian and Nick provided our family with a sumptuous repast to celebrate our 50th anniversary. They were unobtrusive and flexible. They came to our house, served hot and cold hors d'oeurves outside (amazing coconut shrimp, tomato gallette and vegetables, cheeses and dip which were all out of this world), then we went inside for a beautiful salad. The piece de resistance was - I'm told - the swordfish. Perfectly juicy and tender. Two of us had the vegan entree and another guest had Keto. Ian and Nick were so sensitive to our dietary needs and treated each one of us (we were 10) with upmost consideration. The dessert was a fruit gallette with a delicious creamy concoction. All of their ingredients were super fresh and delicious. The service could not have been better. My husband and I are relishing the afterglow of this event as I write. Anaviv was a huge part of the very special feeling we all enjoyed - pure love.

The vegetable terrine was yummy and like nothing else I've tried before. The sweetness of the sweet potato went well with the more savory side of everything else. The mac and cheese was sooooo cheesy and my lactose intolerance paid for it later, but man was it worth it. Highly recommended.

Organic, locally sourced food brilliantly reimagined and lovingly prepared. The cole slaw, potato salad and heirloom tomato salad with roasted corn and tarragon were anything but usual.
