The truth is that the bread is very good, I don't like any other bread, that's the only one I like, it hurts the customer service because it's very bad, but no way, where is it good?
I'm grateful to have this Central American bakery nearby with affordable food options. However, the quality of the food is lacking. Specifically the pupusas that cost the same as any Salvadoran restaurant, are salty, heavy on cheese and extremely low on the other ingredients that make a good pupusa (like beans or chicharron)- they're basically all cheese pupusas with a droplet of the ingredients you're really looking for. Found Moises Bakery on my way home from work and I'm glad I did. I'm always looking for places that have good pan dulce. And Moises Bakery doesn't disappoint. The pan dulce was perfect with un cafecito. Will be back to try the pupusas.
