The service is not even worths 1 star. People wait for hours not because they are very busy because the kitchen staff hanging outside. Not respecting customers time. Waiting 20 minute to order food. No one toke the order and walking in and out of the place.

So good! Both the cheeseburger and the fries. You can get the burger with ketchup and/or mayo. McDonald’s style fries - the BEST. Comes with a side of toum. The tea they gave us while we waited was also excellent. 10/10 ❤️

I just got the “chicken zerbian” and it was just nasty!!! Forgive Allah for saying this but it was only rice with lots of bones and it was just mixed with cold fries! I paid around 18 dollars for some bones and rice!

Was looking for solid takeout close to the Richmond ferry, and this spot did not disappoint. Chicken Akdah was wonderful — flavorful, fresh, and with a home-cooked feel — and I had some mint tea while I waited! This place goes into my regular rotation in the Bay. Nice to finally have a good halal spot!
Stopped by today and got chicken shawarma first time. The employee was very nice person. The food was the best halal meal I've had ever in San Francisco. I highly recommend it and its worth stopping by.
