Five Star Service! Our take-out order ended up missing a couple of things, but KFC made it right and even gave us a great big chocolate cake as an apology. Truly old-school customer service. Harland Sanders would be proud. Thank you!

I just came a few minutes ago to eat with my family and everything is going well until this woman comes in and starts yelling and cursing at the workers, I can understand if they had made a mistake, but I'm sure they could have fixed it. This woman was so enraged that she continued to curse and call the employees horrible names, and she even threw the food at the employee who was assisting her. This is harassment, and she is with a child… I mean, how can you not feel ashamed?...
