Ashley was one of the speakers, and she shared about her business and all the health benefits, so I spoke to her about it, and she answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and encouraged me to try it. It was the best decision ever. I was a little nervous beforehand that I wouldn't last three days without eating, but by the end of the second day, I felt great, I wasn't craving food, and the mental clarity kicked in. I have been ordering Liquified Juicery consistently for 2 years now and I have to say this is my favorite juice company. I’d like to share my experience with Liquified Juicery and why I decided to do a cleanse.I’ve done the 7 day cleanse twice I decided to do it because I am a family man and I run my own construction company. This combination can be overwhelming. Especially since I’m not as physically active as I should and I got in the habit of not eating well. It got to the point where I wasn’t at my best physically, mentally, and emotionally, so I knew I needed to do a serious maintenance.The first time I experienced a headache that lasted a couple days and I was cranky and annoyed that I couldn’t eat the foods I enjoyed, but I was able to get through it. The second time I did a lot better, I was better prepared mentally for what I was goIng to experience. After completing the cleanse, believe me I felt so much better. I wake up feeling energized and focused to get through my day And I’ve lost a combined weight of 14lbs. I’ve gotten more active physically because I have the energy for it, and my mood is different since I feel better internally. Also because the people around me have noticed the difference.The juices are delicious and it is tough to say which one is better because they’re all great, but if I had to pick one I would say is the Green Alkalizer .i do want to shoutout Ashley for checking up on me during my cleanse and for creating a great product. I haven’t done a juice cleanse in years and never have attempted a 5 day, so was pretty nervous. It could not have gone better though. The juices and shake were delicious and I actually felt no hunger pains throughout the process. I battled the mental side of things, but it was actually one of the easiest cleanses I’ve done. I recently did the 3-day cleanse. First and foremost Ashley was extremely accommodating on pick up times as I am not in the local area. The juice cleanse was breeze. I didn’t experience any headaches or real fatigue. I dropped 6 pounds but understand I was not consuming any solid foods. I did remain active but listened to my body to not over so it. All the juices were very tasty. I could see myself doing another cleanse and/or trying some of liquified juicery’s other products.
