This is a cute little spot and I liked coming here. The only problem is that they are rich in beer and not so rich in Cider. They could use some more snacks because cider needs a good greasy snack and their paltry offerings aren't doing the job. The last time I went, my husband got a beer and a substantial snack and I got a cider and went around to Brezo for a decent meal to go with that Cider. The service and staff here are everything! They are funny, friendly, personable and they really help you get to what you like in Cider or Beers. I can't stress how much I love this place. Not only is the service amazing but the beer and ciders they have on tap are also really good. My personal favorite is the guava cider which is simply the best cider I've had. Catahoula is one of the best East Bay roasters. They do light roasts that bring out the full spectrum of the bean's character. They don't burn the milk when steaming, so the natural sugars stay intact. You don't need to add sugar. Try the Zambrano (a short latte) to get the full coffee flavor. I grew up in Portland (which is like going to Coffee University) and I roast my own beans, so sorry if this comes off preachy.
