This is My first time going to and being at this Location. First-off this store was very busy at the time and Alot of Big orders. But Honestly I don't think the Staff was really in fazes by this Rush. There cashiers and there Cooks handled everything with great attitude and good attentive awareness of what needed to be done. The drive-thru employees are always very nice. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The last few years, they have really stepped up the service, especially dealing with Richmond folks or just the public in general. It isn't easy. It's Taco Bell 🔔 I love it. Extra sauces please.
Drive thru is fast but it seems like none of the employees very well on the intercom system they should invest in another system. AI on the inside is not very adequate either. Food was great and staff courteous at all times.
