The drive-thru employees are always very nice. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The last few years, they have really stepped up the service, especially dealing with Richmond folks or just the public in general. It isn't easy. It's Taco Bell 🔔 I love it. Extra sauces please.
Drive thru is fast but it seems like none of the employees very well on the intercom system they should invest in another system. AI on the inside is not very adequate either. Food was great and staff courteous at all times.
The food is good. Like all places, it's the people that work here who make a place what it is. I come here using the Taco Bell app, which is a blessing! ? For the most part, the staff is respectful to me while in drive thru. The area, for the most part, is decent. I prefer eating in the comfort of my home then to eat at most facility's.
