Tacos El Trompo

Haters be hating but the vibe and the Al Pastor tacos are great in this street food' stall! The tacos are street style (small) but they were generous with the meat. The al pastor is thinly carved right off the skewer into the tortillas to order. We love that! They will ask you if you want grilled onions and sliced fresh pineapple spining at the top of the skewer. Say "YES" to both and ask for grill jalapeños if you like em. We just came back from a trip to Mexico and once your tastebuds realize what real, authentic tacos should taste like, it's hard to not be super critical of the Mexican food you try when retuning to the U.S. But I always held out hope! Wow... or Guau!!! So, the hubs and I were very curious about this place because we come by everynight and there is a crowd, a line, or tons of people waiting for them. They popped up in front of a store one day and are quite busy. So, we'd been back from a trip, had just hosted a bbq, and had nothing really in the house. So we went by here and the wait was long.
