Ok so I walked in to a chaos , so loud so much high school students being loud which is ok I guess because they can’t stop it but in some cases the students did to much anyways waited 23 minutes for my order which the bobba was very disappointing and so was the popcorn chicken but in between that order like 5 orders behind me got there’s first. Very very disappointing, I came at order was made around 1:45-150 pm today

Good, reliable boba place.I come here every once in a while with my friends or after school as it very close to both De Anza high and my bus stop.Good boba, although it tends to run on the sweet side.Great fries, one order is a relatively large box and the fries are DELICIOUS! I personally like crunchy, thick fries and they are just that. Highly recommend them.My personal drink recommendations:For the sugar lover: Tiramisu milk tea, tastes like a milkshake, absolutely deliciousFloral...tastes?: Rose milk tea. Very sweet, tastes like rose water and is reminiscent of rose perfume in the best way possible.Wheelchair accessibility: Relatively wheelchair accessible. Narrow entrance that might make it difficult, and narrow sidewalk leading up. Parking lot is always very crowded.

Small and quaint. Ordered a rose milk tea Boba. It was poorly made and overwhelmingly concentrated with rose flavoring. I have called a dozen times and either can't get through or placed on hold indefinitely. Not sure if I'll be back. There are competitors in the area that are better.

We had a very good milk tea with boba. The boba was nice, fresh, and still warm. The other one we had with brown sugar was ok, but probably won't be one of our favorites.Parking: It has a steep slope for half of the parking spots.

Tried this place a few months ago. I ordered the red velvet milk tea, it's supposed to come with cream cheese topping but they were all out of that. The drink was okay. My mom had a strawberry drink (I forgot the name) and my little brother had the brown sugar milk tea that he enjoyed.
I have been here multiple times but now I won't be back for a while. There were 2 fruit flies in my sealed drink the drink was good while it lasted.

Came here with my siblings and first impression was that it's a beautifully decorated spot and super clean inside. There's a lot of places to sit and relax which is nice and convenient. I love the vibe! I ordered a crème brûlée milk tea and it was delicious! The service was super fast and friendly. Definitely will be coming here again!

Place is disgusting. The older guy in back was cooking the mozzarella sticks was sneezing and honestly I didn’t hear any water running.

Service was nice and the ambiance of the shop is very cute with a lot of decorations and (k-pop?) music. I got a mango Yakult and some mozzarella sticks for 12$The cup is pretty big BUT it's like 65% ice so when I come back I'll ask for a lot less ice. The flavor is really good and id recommend it The mozzarella sticks were as expected, you get like 6. Overall I'm happy El Sobrante has a boba shop but the parking lot is tiny, so keep that in mind.
