Me and the wife makes this our weekend splurge for mexican food that is both tasty and traditional. The tripas, Buche, and the cabessa are a must have! The tripas are excellent crispy texture the Buche is expertly cooked not over done and tough as some places may make it and the cabessa is screaming with tenderness and flavor.
