Carl's Jr Reviews
I always enjoy my trips to the Ridgecrest Carl's Jr. I know I will get a great meal at a great price with great value for my hard earned dollar. 😎
Fantastic experience! Delicious food with great service.
Went thru drive thru. AI takes your order. We asked her to read back order due to substitute items made. No response back. Waited for maybe a real person nothing so pulled to window. She replied our order back almost correct. When we received food it was correct. Tasted good.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a restaurant with both positive and negative aspects. The food, including the famous star with cheese and the chicken tenders, is often described as tasting good and delicious. One reviewer noted the flame grilled burger is almost always delicious. However, the prices are a major complaint, with one customer calling them "dumb" and another saying they have gotten "way to high." A $10 burger was considered too expensive.
The service experience varies greatly. Some employees, like Veronica, Lucy, and Vero, are described as "excellent hosts," "friendly," and "cheerful." The Ridgecrest restaurant is noted for being a "very clean environment." However, the use of A.I. to take orders in the drive thru is a common frustration. Customers reported having a "tough time" with it and getting no response when asking for an order to be read back. One reviewer specifically gave five stars because a location did not have the "creepy A.I." Other complaints include onion rings that tasted old, too much lettuce on a burger, and shrinking sandwich sizes. The fries are described as "gross" and made from potato "powder."
