Chicken taste like it was sitting out all day, literally broke apart when we opened box. Mashed potatoes were cold, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold. Person on speaker speaks so softly another person had to come talk to place an order. They only had 2 pieces of crispy chicken, no extra crispy and the rest grilled. At 545 which is right before the dinner rush starts. Defiantly will not be wasting money here again.
