Best country fried steak I’ve ever had 10/10
I came back to Ridgecrest for a family issue and the highlight of my trip was the Machaca breakfast. It’s not on the menu, but it’s a staple for this restaurant. And my absolute favorite dish on the planet! That being said, the only place I will order this dish is from Lugos! After two years I was a little worried that maybe the recipe had changed, even just a little but it hasn’t and it was excellent!
