I ordered today, using a coupon. I know that if they don't honor coupon, order won't go through. I received confirmation of order as well as 'READY'...went to store to pick up and was told order canceled as they do not honor coupons. See attachments. Draw your own conclusion.
The service was so horrible I had to write a review. the manager wanted to argue with me and didn't want to toast my vegetables with my sandwich. When I told him other subways warm up the vegetables, that's when he angrily added my vegetables on before toasting.
The gentlemen behind the counter was very rude to my mixed race son and very slow. Later, we also found a hair in my sons food. He called my son a very bad kid and said that I'm a bad parent because I'm not raisng him correctly. He accused him of being in his facility before and being rude, which is strange because we’ve never been in this Subway ever and won't be back.
