I had the pork chow mein which was really tasty and my wife had the potstickers which had loads of flavor. She also found a great Zinfandel by Carol Shelton.“

“This is easily the best taco truck in the area, the salsa is bomb and they always load whatever you order with plenty of meat and flavor. Everything I've had here has been delicious, I go here at least a few times a week, the people are super friendly and prices are more than fair. After our original caterer cancelled literally MINUTES BEFORE our event Tacos El Paisa saved the day and were here within 30 minutes! “Came here last week and got a asada burrito. Was so good. One of the best burritos in the area. Asada had great flavor. Tortilla was lightly grilled on the outside. It was big I had to save part of it for later. Stopped by today to try to the quesabirria's. It comes with cheese, meat, onions and cilantro. I got it without the onions and cilantro. I got 3 of them. They were tasty and I left full. Usually food is ready in about 5 minutes or less depending if others ordered in front of you. There's a couple tables to sit at under a canopy in the shade. Great food. Will be back for more.“

When you color the meat instead of observing the amount put in. For example in America Lawry’s. Instead of using already mixed seasoning; try separating each ingredient instead: salt for sodium and hand crushed peppers for spice. I care because of the proximity to my home.
