If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Terrible slow service, once again. I avoid this BK because of bad experiences in the past but was in the area today for lunch so gave it another try, my last time to this location. I usually go to Sylvan & Oakdale Rd even though Riverbank is so much closer. Since the Riverbank location has opened, they are almost always super slow to prepare our order OR mess at least 1 order up, sometimes both.
