Horrible manager and service. Ordered online to pick up quickly to get back to work. And there were at least 10 to go bags sitting in the kitchen and the “employees weren’t allowed to hand them to us”. Including the manager who stood by unapologetic while at least 10 people were waiting for their orders. When I asked about this he just said someone I. The back will do it. When I said I’d need my money back in about 5 min because I have a patient to see at work if I don’t get the food soon he said I’d have to go online. To the owner of this place. You need better managers who care even a little.

Place is a mess, workers need to retrain their portion sizes. Blonde girl gives me the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever received at any Chipotle, and when I ask for a little more, she literally gives me 2 more pieces. Paid over $10 for a bowl of rice and beans with a couple pieces of chicken. Won’t be back. Moreno Valley Location is leagues ahead.

Haven’t been to this Chipotle for a couple of years due to their ice machine being out of service EVERY TIME I went there, over the past 2 years.I decided to try it again.I Came here on 4/8/24 at 6pm. After standing in line for 15 min, it was my turn. I asked for a chicken burrito. Was told they are out of chicken!!! (It’s 6pm for God sake!)I asked what they were substituting. They said “nothing”. They said I can pay the higher price for another meat.I walked out.That was unbelievable.I went to their website and complained.Here is the response I received:“Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m so sorry you didn’t get the best experience with us. We want to get you the delicious meal you are craving! I’ll be sure to pass this along to our restaurant management team so we can be sure we are stocked up on all of your favorites. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.”Chipotle simply copied/pasted a generic reply and did not even address the issue.I won’t be back. Ever.

Arrived 5 minutes after the app stated the order was ready. I chose to wait a few more minutes to allow for some extra time. They were calling out other orders while I kept waiting. I asked the employee that was attending to mobile orders and he just ignored me. So 20 minutes after, I got in line to ask someone for the status. I asked the first employee if I could talk to someone about the status, possibly a lead and they said the attendant handling the mobile orders at that moment was the manager. They also confirmed that the order had been ready and sitting for 30 minutes.That order included meals for my family that were waiting at the hospital. So the cold was a little colder than room temperature because of the cold topping sitting on the hot food for 30 minutes. So overall it was the single worst experience at a chipotle or fast food restaurant. Don’t know why that was my experience but it didn’t seem to be that for anyone else there. Go figure, I won’t go again.

I walked in yesterday on Saturday night and waited about 30 min to finally order my food. The workers didn’t not have a sense of urgency and they were poorly organized even though they had about 7 staff in kitchen working. The workers here have no work ethic. In addition don’t eat the chicken Al Pastor I got food poisoning! Not eating here again.

There was a long line, as usual. I saw a lot of people that were standing in line to order food, but it sounded like they all pre ordered, so they had to stand elsewhere to wait for their food. They were not happy. They were out of meat at lunchtime and waiting for it to be cooked. The girl looked relieved when I wanted sofritas. They have a great production line system, but they need better planning and not run out of food at lunchtime. I have been here a few times and they always run out of something. Manager needs to plan better, other than that. I like the food

Not sure if this is a strategy to keep customers from dining in but the tables were disgusting. In addition to that an employee did walk by saw the mess and just went back to the prep station. Didn't even bother cleaning the area. Overall customer experience was lacking and the portions were underserved and employees looked very unenthusiastic for their job. Did not feel very welcomed.

The kitchen looks a complete mess. Youd think they would wipe down the counters in the front to at least appear clean but nope. The old fat guy on grill was too busy flirting with the chick in the back than to restock food. The containers looked like they havent been flipped in 5 hours. I work in an actual professional kitchen, get some better cooks and better service. The worst chipotle ive been too for sure.

Worst Chipotle Ive been too.I waited in line for 38 minsThey are understaffed, poorly trained and managed.The girl in the kitchen and guy with blonde died hair need to go. They kept on joking and washing their hands so they could speak while the line went out the door.Then finally my turn… I askes which of the meats are GF , he had no idea. He asked the cashier, she gives him a menu, he still has no idea. Good news, all meats are GF, bad news the staff are terrible.Also, everything dirty and empty like the lemonades…

Twice now I have tried to eat at this location and while standing in line, watched employees with runny noses continuously, wiping their nose with their arms they’re not touching the food, but it still seems gross to me to be standing over food with nasal drip so I couldn’t stay to order food and then a third time I left because the person that was fixing the food kept touching all sorts of things with their gloves and then going right back to the Food with the same gloves. I just think the rules around food handling and cleanliness need to be worked on at this location. The employees are nice, but the counters where they are fixing food is usually dirty too and the guys in the back cooking aren’t wearing gloves which is wild to me. So many issues I can’t believe they are so busy and no one cares about any of that.
