Mission Inn restaurant after Christmas was the biggest disappointment ever. Arrived and was told it was a buffet, not good. Had a res and was told no outdoor seating (under the lights) was available. The buffet was absolutely horrible for $75 per person. We should have gone to any cafeteria anywhere and saved $400.
DO NOT GO TO HOLIDAY DINNER ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY! It is NOT worth it. So many other beautiful places to dine anywhere but here. And clearly from the reviews,...read full review
Loud train every few minutes outside our room. Our room wasn’t ready two hours after check in time. The room was freezing despite putting the thermostat at 86. We checked out the same night just hours after checking in and have requested a full refund. We’ll see if it’s honored as there wasn’t anyone available with authority to resolve these problems.
Dude, we love this place. We’re staying in November. It’ll be the third time I stayed. We keep getting better and better rooms. We were in the room right next to the ann Rice room last visit. I love this place. What an amazing national treasure it is.
