EDIT: The previous owners are no long there, but the Korean-style Chinese noodle dishes 짜장면 and 짱뽕 were still delicious! High marks for the new owner!I've been coming to this place for almost three decades, and it serves really good Korean-style Chinese food. Highly recommend this place to those who are looking for good 짜장면, 짱뽕, 탕수육 etc.
I have been eating here for over 30 years, and it is still my go to restaurant when I'm wanting a warm, nourishing meal. Kimchi and sizzling rice soup are must have for me. Update 2024: Under new ownership and subsequently the entire staff has changed after 30+ years. I've been coming here since I was a child, I'm used to the food, I love the samsung jja jjang myun, their tangsooyok, and their weird imitation cabbage kimchi....not bad, you must try it before you knock it.it's a family run place, brothers and sisters, they also have this crazy wall piece that you are staring at while you eat, it's gotta be at least 30 feet long and three feet high, it's some sort of art installation / wooden embossed painting, very interesting.
