Well, it all starts with the best food. And the spirit of Texas barbecue in Riverside is top notch and probably the best I’ve had in California at this point. It also helps that Marilyn was probably one of the sweetest people to meet in any restaurant. She was fun and just gave me exactly what I wanted with no issues.
