Well, it all starts with the best food. And the spirit of Texas barbecue in Riverside is top notch and probably the best I’ve had in California at this point. It also helps that Marilyn was probably one of the sweetest people to meet in any restaurant. She was fun and just gave me exactly what I wanted with no issues. I hear the owner’s name is Santos and let me tell you he’s got it going….. visit and plan to stay. If you’re wondering, I know what good barbecue is...

Wow the food was amazing. The rib tip was tender (aye yooo, no diddy) I’m not a fan of bbq sauces but it paired perfectly. I opted for the spicy Mac and cheese and it was flavorful just wish it was warmer. The corn bread was a bit dry so I did added some honey over it. Would definitely come back!

I have been coming to this location since they opened.I am so excited to hear that.They have opened a second location, and within the next few months before, the first of the year will be opening two more locations. Congratulations Jesse!!!!
