Located on Van Buren Blvd & Wood Rd in a small shopping center. I went during rush hour so it was a bit hectic with parking and street traffic. This is a smaller location but has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s in a great location, very convenient to run in and grab a coffee. It is a good spot to wait for my kids while they are at their activities nearby. There is outdoor seating. The prices have gone up very quickly and it has become the main reason I don’t go there more regularly.
