What happened to the Beignet spot?!? This used to be our favorite place, but we haven't been here for a while. The place was empty when we got there which should have been our first clue. We got our usual B Spot Morning hash, but it was missing the tomato jam and peppers and it had nacho cheese on it, which is not in the description and was disgusting. The chicken was also very dry. The beignets tasted old and were tough and dry. What a huge disappointment.

We meet a women named Carmen who treated us amazing and she was amazingly warm to us. We also meet Mr. A one of the owners of the establishment here and he took the time to ask us how we were doing and how we were enjoying the food and gave us a complementary peach cobleer 🔥10/10

Usually we come here its totally awesome. But today the food tasted different. I mean the beignets specifically. The quality overall seemed to be taken down just notch. Idk if it was a different chief or a retouch of the recipe but the beignets didn't feel as fluffy and soft as it normally does. We also got the berry and peach order which usually also tastes amazing. This time the berry felt clumpy and more like a jam like than its usual sauce. And the peach felt more like water down. Honestly only posting this because the usual quality is what makes the beignet spot, the spot. Hope today was just an off day.
Update! Went back again and beignets were awesome! Ripping fresh! Fluffy! Great!
