I’m visiting family locally and I found,
Don Q’s Cantina is a total gem the food is A1, and the customer service is outstanding both over the phone and in person. I had the fish tacos and the house pork soup, and they were some of the most authentic Mexican dishes I’ve ever had. The pork soup tasted so fresh, like Abuela made it tonight!

The chips and salsa trio red sauce, green salsa, and beans were all perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. We even created a twist on their Cowboy Margarita, adding mango and blueberry with a sugar rim, and it was incredible so fresh, smooth, and delicious.

The manager and owner are genuinely kind and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. The food, the people, and the whole atmosphere are truly a breath of fresh air.

“Let me just say this is the best bottle shop in town! Great selection of bourbon! On top of that they have a wonderful beer selection in the tap room! “This is your good ol reliable neighborhood dive bar. They do not serve food but allow you to bring in a snack to munch on (Little Ceasars is next door). Friday nights are great with a DJ who plays a variety of popular music including old school and the current popular music. The crowd is extremely diverse in age and cultures. I have never witnessed an issue or confrontation in this bar but they do have a security person checking IDs. Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are not weak or expensive. You feel like family when you come to this bar as the patrons are super welcoming and friendly. If you just want a chill and super casual vibe, some good music, and an adult beverage, this is definitely the place. See you there! :)“

“Love the updates the new owners made. This is a great neighborhood Mexican restaurant that is the perfect place to watch all your favorite teams play. They have tv’s in every room playing two different games to satisfy everyone. Service was excellent. Decor is cute. Bar is well stocked and new walk up and order is fast. “We had such a a great time here. The food was excellent and the people were awesome to meet and talk with. We got there at opening and was greeted by Suzy. She made us feel like old regular customers. She is a hoot and made us old people feel like family.
I had the spicy chicken sandwich and my wife had the grilled chicken salad made into a wrap. We both enjoyed our food and it had lots of flavor. The whole time we were there you could smell the barbecue smoking some tri-tip and it smelled wonderful. Suzy is a bartender but she is so much more. She has tons of knowledge about her craft and is willing to share it if you are willing to listen to her. She is truly a gem in this establishment and they should be proud to have her.“

“This is a nice place for fast food type Mexican food. It is not a place where someone takes your order from the table. Instead, you order your food and they bring it to you. That was ok, but once you place your order, that's the last contact you will have with anyone working there. The food is decent. Slightly overpriced. Margaritas are tiny. Just wanted to experience something different, it was OK at best. Nice ambiance, airy setting. Nothing bad to say, but not a restaurant with waiters or waitresses taking your orders.“

“High Steaks NEVER disappoints!!! I've eaten there over 5 times. The food is delicious and the service always superb. I discovered something new that High Steaks will do. Since you can't take food with you to The Venue to attend a show. If you have food to go, High Steaks will keep it in the refrigerator for you and then you pick it up after the show is over. Now, that's AMAZING service!! Our waiter, Dustin is AWESOME!! This is the second Dustin waited on us and I will definitely request him the next time I make reservations. Bravo High Steaks!!!“

“Came in here because a friend said they had happy hour everyday but we saw the sign only said M-F on the bar. Didn't matter since we were only coming in for one drink before heading to dinner and I checked in and they had a $4.50 deal for Jack or Crown on Yelp check in, so that worked for me. Nice and attentive bartenders. Even though they were a little busy they would still come check on you and my friends liked their drinks too. (Long Island ice tea and Jamison on the rocks) they have plenty of seating and noticed even more further back we lucked out and found the last three stools together at the bar. Nice place and so close to the restaurants in the area and definitely priced better that they are on drinks so come check em out.“
