“For my birthday, I decided to get a new outfit and went to Palladio to take a look. Got some clothes, and I was thinking about dinner, maybe getting a little cake. Low and behold, I walk by this place. I stop inside, ask a couple questions, and just so others don't try to loophole, I got a blackberry cupcake (which tasted like a blueberry muffin with icing, still delicious) and the lovely young lady who was at the desk yesterday really helped to make my day. “Such great ice cream. The staff is always fast and friendly. The menu options are pretty much endless and again the ice cream is amazing. They make their own on site and it is so creamy and full of flavor. I recommend the Oreo Cream.
Their birthday cakes are amazing as well.“
“I came in today and experienced the most kind and positive customer service I have had in a while. Two of the workers made great conversation and were very positive even through a rush. They were very fast but I did not feel rushed. I believe their names were Aaron and Chrystine.“

“My husband loooooves their coffee lovers' flavor. I just got one scoop of strawberry and chocolate each. It was good. (it started melt as soon as I took a step outside tho ) The waffle bowl was overcooked and old .. but hot summer day like this, sweet treatment is a must!“

“Fun experience at cold stone, maybe it is summer the in store was packed with people, however the wait wasn’t bad, they have the new minion ice cream that’s was super cute, strongly recommended add chocolate syrup with the ice cream, taste so much better!“
