I am honestly surprised this location is still in business, this chain is otherwise good. When I went cashier used the same gloves as he did to prepare my food and handle money. I have been twice and although the food was mediocre, it was very salty on the second occasion. Corporate should step in. I do like the chain though.

Enchilada plate gave me diarrhea. Not going there again. Be warned. Bad service too, you do get a weird feeling but you're hungry so you go ahead. Gave me diarrhea and a rumbling stomach. Sunset Blvd location.

One of the most friendliest staff I’ve seen. They are so good at closing and opening. They always have a smile on their face. It’s nice when they have a good polite tone and they talk really nice to the customers. Some of the customers are very rude but they handle the situation really good. They even get cussed at?! Over tacos?! Anyways they are really good at Jimboy’s and I will be coming back

Absentee owner, new employees every other week. Poor service, bad food. Truly a poor poor representation of other stand out Jimboy's restaurants. Restaurant hours are all over the place. Restaurant will.juat randomly close at 5pm if no workers existHere's a concept to the owner, how about you show up every once in a while and run it?? If you're not putting in 14+ hr days for the first 2+ yrs then you're gonna failNote to owner; "Pst, you can't be an absentee owner until you build up the business to a point where it's firing on all cylinders and being run at the same level of a Chic Fil A or In N Out"
Walked in at 650pm - sign out front says "open", posted closing hours are 7pm. Was ignored for a full minute before employee walked out from (very clearly) hiding in the back and without any eye contact told me they had turned off the grill and were effectively closed . well what time do you close?" we closed early today "What time are you supposed to close today? " uh, 650"That's the time now , but your sign says you close today at 7pm.At this point the employee stated for the third time the grill was turned off and then proceeded to ignore me completely. I turned to leave and said " this is the last time this is going to happen."To which the employee replied to my back "get over it."He locked up after I walked out and turned the "open" sign to "closed", after which two more would-be customers walked up after that to enter - but found a locked door . It wasn't 7 o'clock yet. Three customers turned away during business hours.So that's JIMBOYS on SUNSET in ROCKLIN . Usually We love JIMBOYS but this is like a punch in the stomach. At dinner time, no less.

Employees started kicking out customers and telling them they were closed 20 minutes before closing ON CINCO DAY MAYO… additionally after we waited a long time for our food we were told we couldn’t eat their because they would be closing in 5 minutes. The owner of the establishment needs to get with his management team. Refusing customers prior to closing is no way to run a business.

I am unhappy that I will give this place a negative review. This place was dirty inside, the floors unswept and tables not cleaned. I almost decided to leave but decided to try out their tacos. Mediocre and overpriced. I had high hopes for this place.

Not sure why but this Jimboy's is horrible the food is the worst out of the Jimboy's I've been to. The cashier I had today didn't know how to use the app and rather then trying to figure it out she said she didn't know and nobody there knew her name was Valeria not sure who the manager is but you definitely need to have a talk with your staff
