I love these tacos and the rest of the menu is excellent. While they are not what you'd call traditional, they are a weekly crave for us. This location is solid - have been there twice with no major issues ( nothing major to keep me from returning ) and I look forward to the next crave. I picked up lunch at Jimboy's Tacos today and took it home. The food was very mediocre / not great at all. My order consisted of a Taco Salad and a Ground Beef Taco. My salad lacked flavor, the shell was not crispy, and there was virtually no ground beef. The Taco was a little better tasting ... it had some flavor ... but again, almost no ground beef. I will not return .... Too many good Mexican fast food restaurants in the area.

One of the most friendliest staff I’ve seen. They are so good at closing and opening. They always have a smile on their face. It’s nice when they have a good polite tone and they talk really nice to the customers. Some of the customers are very rude but they handle the situation really good. They even get cussed at?! Over tacos?! Anyways they are really good at Jimboy’s and I will be coming back
