So my favorite here is the bukopandan drink! Every time I go I don't look at the menu and I order the same thing.... I promise next time I go in I will try something different! It is just so delicious. It is 40 minutes away so when I'm near and stop it's what I want.

This is my go-to for boba and other drinks. They added more items to their menu, which is a win win. I always order Leche flan and it's so good! Additionally, the owner is super nice.

I'm always searching for a Filipino restaurant. This is like a mom and pop restaurant. They have milk teas and boba as well. I got the fish balls, adobo pork and a taro milk tea with boba.

Food and drinks were good but suggestion for the owner, please give more meat instead of just fat for the meals. Bbq pork tasted great but was full of fat. Lechon kawali did not have enough meat either. Especially since we paid $15 each for these meals, I was still hungry. Service was great otherwise.

Fav boba place! They’re so sweet and I have so many go-to flavors. Food is top tier, as well!Blended peach mango w/strawberry bursts and taro blended.

We went here as we wanted to try every filipino restaurant within sacramento. We ordered the arroz caldo & lechon kawali with rice. First of all, it was lugaw - not an arrozcaldo. It was tasty but nothing too special with what we ordered. The server was pleasant but i was surprised our bill was almost $50 for 2 lugaw with lechon kawali and the one with rice. But its kinda expected because they are located in the affluent neighbourhood of rockin hence the price point. Will I come back again? Nope. I just hope they offer more variety to try on. The restaurants interior is almost empty when we went there. Message to the owner: It was an honest review so you do not need to be defensive of any sort because of constructive comments as all the other people who have left comment.

Food was amazing! I've been looking for more Filipino spots in the area, and decided to try Kultura. Ordered longanisa, lechon, & adobo. Owner was the nicest guy the whole time. Salamat Ricky

Called into Kultura Cafe last Saturday morning inquiring about a party tray of Shanghai and Vegetable lumpia. Ricky, the owner answered and he was very personable. I placed my order by 11am and then picked up my order by 1:45pm. The lumpia Shanghai were so delicious. Cooked perfectly in between each crunch. The vegetable lumpia were also good, but I personally prefer the flavor from the pork Shanghai. The sweet and sour side sauce is a must when dipping these crunchy crunch party favorites. Kultura Cafe also serves up different rice plates and desserts. It's family owned, so be sure to stop by small business for some tasty Filipino food.

Very limited food selection. Not a fan of plastic cutlery. Long wait for ordered food.

Still amazes me how good this place has become! Still one of my favorite Filipino restaurant/boba place to go to! This time we tried to order different food from what we ordered last time. We came here straight after work because I was super hungry and craving sweet and savory! There's so many great options like always! We decided to order their famous Lechon Kawali (we've been dying to try and it lives to the name), pandan mochi waffle (my favorite), siomai (I never use to like siomai until I tasted Kultura's) and my ultimate favorite drink Okinawa milk tea (to die for). The ambiance is still amazing! It feels like it improves every time we go there. And the service is still great as usual! The owners are such great people!
