Best boba in Rocklin! Lovely Filipino hospitality! We ♡ Kultura!
Awesome place for Filipino dishes, Filipino desserts, boba, ice cream and other treats. Staff is friendly.
We tried the pork siomai and it was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and especially good with the chili garlic. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the food he serves. 🥟🥡 This is a great local family-owned business. Highly recommend!
