Place is small but you can dine in. The chicken adobo and arrozcaldo was delicious . My husband was surprised that it was that flavorsome. The halo halo ice was finely shredded and taste good with shredded coconut toppings. Over all the food is 5/5.
Food was fantastic. Not far from my work in Roseville. I grew up in the Phillipines and surrounded by the culture, eaten many dishes in my life. Its top notch for sure. Ordered lumpia, pork sinigang and Arros Caldo. Our male server was very kind and accomodating. I will be back sooner than later! Thank you for the delicious meal.
It is rare to find a good filipino restaurant and that is why we can say that Kultura Cafe was truly an awesome find! The atmosphere is a little modern and reminiscent of bubble tea cafes and a large portion of their menu is just that - bubble tea. The entire restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom which was spotless! But it was the filipino entrees that caught our attention and earned them a 5-star review.
