During my visit tonight I witnessed what I’m assuming is the senior manager reprimand an employee in front of other employees as well as customers because she had her name tag in her hat. This was very unprofessional and upsetting. Why does it matter where the name tag is located?

They ruined my mood the day before. I bought a medium-sized water for free, didn't even drink it, and bought a large soda cup for $2. The next day, I bought a large water cup because I was really thirsty, but they refused, saying I was filling the medium-sized cup with soda.

Our go-to McDonalds when we want a quick bite and a clean place to sit. Love the deals on the McDonalds app, and the employees here are always quick- when there is a long line (which is rare) it always moves fast. We also love the late night drive thru, one of the speediest around. I do wish this location served breakfast until 11 instead of 10:30.

Most of the mcdonald's are forcing you to order by the kiosk bad idea. The coffee is priced right a few years ago, the burgers and fish sandwiches were all priced right now.They're too high for what they are.I can only give them about a 2 for a rating i predicted they will fail eventually.
Horrible experience today. Mgr was contentious about a plastic vs a carton CUP!! She should be fired!

They have a very rude morning shift manager. She will say she needs to talk to the manager about it when she’s the one in charge…. She will also start talking rudely about you in another language to her employees not knowing google translate can hear everything she said…
