We love this place! It’s our go to spot. I love that there are so many good NA options and the food is insane!!
I love walking into Mindscape. Its beauty with all the windows and plants give me such a chill vibe when I walk in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They are so quick to offer a taste of their new concoction. My favorite are the seltzers….they can really sneak up on you but Lauren makes them so delish! Mindscape Fermentations is hands down the most special brewery I've ever been to—and it's no secret why. The two Laurens who own and run it are exceptional humans, blending kindness, hospitality, and lighthearted conversation with an incredible skill for brewing and fermentation. They have a rare gift for making everyone feel welcome, creating a true community within their space.
