What the owner lacks in social skills he makes up by far in the tacos he makes. Been going for years and still asks me what I'm ordering and if I want soft tortillas with onions and cilantro?? I haven't changed my order ever btw!
Food was pretty good. Service is just like most places. I have to have to engage the person working there first. It would be nice to see places that the employees are taught to greet their customers as they walk in. Classic Californians for you. Although the restaurant had a lot of decor, it still felt fake. Like a fake smile.
The owner who works the whole place by himself is grumpy and has no customer service skills. Food is pretty good but I like to eat local and spend my hard earned money at good food and friendly service. I’ve been coming here for three years now because it’s so close to my house but this guy just sets me off. I know the restaurant business isn’t easy. I’ve worked in it for over 30 yrs but if your that unhappy then time for a change. I never comment but too many times...
