Saltiest hamburger I've ever eaten. Actually we only ate a few bites of our burgers and threw them out. Friends have had similar experience with the place. I'll never go back. What a waste of money.

Food was so good and the staff was very friendly! We ate inside and they were so busy from all the traffic they were getting through their Drive-In and delivery orders as well. They stated that many of the employees were new and they were struggling to keep up with the orders at the time we went. They were apologetic about the wait and it happens. They were obviously working very hard. We can all survive waiting a little longer lol.

For starters, the drive through is mostly incredibly slow, which is due to staff shortage, and the manager Mark, who was working the drive through window, is not very friendly, and does not reflect the Habit Burger Grill company. The burgers were messy, but delicious, but you had to wait about 20 minutes to get to the order screen, another 30 mins to get to the window and with only 1 car in front of you! I have experienced the original Habit Burger Grills in Santa Barbara, CA and I wish that this Habit would improve, as it is very disappointing this Habit is not as great as the others. The burgers were good, and we love Habit, so I hope that this good restaurant becomes better.

The drive-thru can sometimes take a while so I went inside today. They are sooo friendly and everyone in the back seems to have a great attitude. When I waited for my food in the back, I didn’t hear my order get called right away. When I walked up to the counter to ask about my order she recognized me right away and gave me a whole new batch of fries so that they were fresh. The lady working in the front was really sweet about it. Made my day even better. I appreciate the great service and the food is consistently delicious.

I went through the drive-thru and they made a simple mistake. unfortunately I had to come back so they can correct it and with great pride and honor they replaced my order! When people make mistakes they fix it this is the America remember this is the America I love I recommend Habit Burger one of the few places that has customer service in mind
