When you have to wait an hour to get wings and there are angry people waiting for their food, you know there is something going on with this place.Either the owners decided not to hire enough people or something drastically wrong.Went in 4-5-24Went in, and there were 5 people standing around. I was told that it would take an hour to order wings.Which was very nice that the person told me that before I ordered. I've been here so many times, and I've always had great service until now

I'll make this review short and straight to the point. Me personally never ate at Wing Stop and not planning to (I'm more into healthy food not this garbage)... but my son, daughter & their friends like to eat here.Yesterday on my way home my daughter texted and asked me to buy her some chicken. So I ordered whet she texted and total was about $10 and some change. The cashier told me it should be ready in 25-30 min. What? That's a long waiting time!!!So I dropped wifey home and got back in 25 min... and my chicken was ready.Got home and I opened the box to see what was their chicken all about... and to my surprise all I saw was 8 small chicken crumble nuggets for a whopping $10.I know the inflation is up and economy is not all that great but c'mon at least serve customers with slightly bigger size chicken.I was very very disappointed with their sizes. Me personally I'll never support such a business and besides that they didn't look appetizing at all.Parking lot was littered with trash 2-3 clear cups, a couple napkins one bag all throughout. Inside was decent and somewhat clean.They only get the extra star for the cashier being nice.Food 1 starPrice 1 starService 2 stars (long waiting time)

The service is absolutely terrible. The wings and fries are alright but be this location can’t seem to get it together. Tonight I went in (Friday Night @ 7PM) and they weren’t taking any orders because they didn’t have enough staff. :( No chicken wings for me!

Wait time to get your food 40 mins when the resturant was empty.

I was extremely disappointed by this specific establishment. The first time I came here, I had to wait around an hour to get my 20 pc boneless wings even though the entire place was empty. Before that, I had to wait around 15 minutes to even be able to place an order because there was absolutely nobody at the register. The next time I came (which was today), I wasn't even able to order because they were already done for the day. It's literally the beginning of the day... how are you unable to take any more orders whether online or in-person? Overall, the food is great but the service is absolutely terrible and I'd avoid coming to this specific place if I were you. Other wingstops do it better ?

Do not come to this location it is filthy & the people working do not belong working with food.I arrived 60 min after I placed my order only to find out they had not even started my order.Than I asked how much longer & they said 20 more minutes.Not a problem but as I glanced the kitchen area I noticed the manager with no gloves touching the doors & floor and grabbing the food.This place is gross ? Ans the refund was never refunded back.Save your money

Online orders almost always late. Two of my orders in the last six months have been delayed by about one hour, although they were ordered well in advance. When the shop gets behind, the staff gets overwhelmed and does not apologize. Foodquality is usually pretty high but the delays are unacceptable.

The flavors are good, although sometimes if you get a repeat flavor it does not even taste like the prior time. It seems to be some inconsistency with their mix. Have placed several online orders that say they are completed only to get there to find out it's not completed and having to wait sometimes in additional 20 to 30 minutes. Food takes longer to be completed or prepared than advertised, so take that in mind if doing takeout here overall good flavors and would go back.

horrible serves today . emps are rude . made my fries brown and told me it's the oil . should have be given more fries for the order. my spicy mango wings tasted sweet with no spice . just not how they use to make food . change the employees they aren't making the food right . Food is expensive so we should be given what we payed

Ordered from here against my better judgement. I was as disappointed as I expected to be unfortunately. I was charged for food that wasn't delivered and I had to drive to the restaurant because no one I spoke to on the phone had any idea what to do. They said they ran out of what I ordered, except no one bothered to tell me, I was still charged and instead they thought I wouldn't notice. When I got to the restaurant, the person at the register gave me 5 wings which were cold. They didn't even care to make this right. First and last time here. Check your food with these people... shady shady shady. Would give a zero if it was an option.

My wings with bone in was delicious but my Grandaughters was not so well,they were very small and not worth what they cost,it was my first time and she really wanted to go but was disappoint ed,I don't know if she wants to go back me either,we were celebrating her accomplishments for entering college and she wanted your
