Oh this building in particular takes me back to my childhood when I used to go when it was a Fatburger and I think it was also something else before that maybe Tom's Burger or something like that anyways then it was a Taco Bell through middle age childhood and now inka wasa and boy is the food delicious I had the papa rellano I have also had their noodle dishes both are delicious
Great Peruvian food, fairly quick, considering how well it's put together. The Lomo Saltado is a go-to for me at Peruvian spots, and it HITS here! The meals came with a delicious soup that looked simple, but was full of good clean flavor. We also had fried calamari to start, also good. Place is very clean, and not so formal, so easy to pop in alone or with a few friends to grab a quick QUALITY meal. P.s don't forget to liberally apply the green sauce over everything...
