Great customer service. The guy who helped us out was nice and explained how to order. I would say i ordered my bowl pretty plain which is probably why I didn't really enjoy it but im definitely going back to try a different bowl.

I love coming here for my açaí bowl fix! The service is always very quick and the staff is friendly. I haven't tried very much açaí shops but this place is by far my favorite. I got the build your own and didn't want toppings so the worker offered more fruits. The places I've been to the past have never offered me more fruits to substitute the lack of toppings, so I really appreciated that.

Got to say this place is a solid 4 stars and so far is the best acai place I have tried. I like that you can see the variety of fresh toppings options. I really like that they pack their serving sizes well all while creating an acai that looks like a masterpiece. Me and my wife have been back here now many times, and this place is almost 30 minutes away from home ?What I think would give them 5 Stars is if the staff was a bit more interactive with the customers and smiled more ? Also, prices could also be a bit lower.

I love this place. The flavors are crazy but in a good way. Idk about the acai bowls never tried them here but I love the mango smoothie and the use, add whey protein (free btw) and it is even better ***obsessed!***

Super refreshing and rich! Parking is sometimes hard to find but the inside is super cute. Staff is nice and quick. I took my cousins for their first time and we appreciate their politeness and patience. It's very filling and I got a small.

I LOVE this spot!! It's my quick fix when I'm craving acai or a smoothie! I go here once every week and a half or two and it never disappoints! One of the workers, joseph, is someone I see most of the time I'm there and he's so helpful and fun! Every time I see him there, he welcomes me and we always have a quick chat if it isn't too busy. He's a good worker! I'll be continuing to come back, I don't know how I didn't leave a review sooner!

My husband had surgery and has been having a hard time eating. After getting Acai bowls from a number of different places I remember the Acai Joint. He said my far this was the tastiest one! Great service.

I hardly write harsh reviews and do my best to understand when stores are understaffed. I waited 30 minutes to stand in the same exact spot to not order! I acknowledge that the workers admitted they were severely understaffed and were too backed up on online orders to attend to in person walk in orders. There were 4 parties in front of me and only two were served prior to me leaving. Just double check before you wait in line if they're understaffed or order waaaaay in advance online to ensure you get your order in time. Wish it was a better situation because I wanted to try this place. Not sure if I'll return to give it a shot. I do acknowledge and applaud how hard the staff was working and know it wasn't their fault with how backed up they were. They need more help!
