Had wife pickup combo and they didn’t give the fries and drink. Not picking up phone and the drive is 20 minutes. SMH. Not happy they don’t put what you order in the bag. Double check to avoid this from happening

I drove 40 minutes to go here for the first time ever and when I got there, they were closed for a special event. Would have been nice if it had been posted on their Instagram or something to give customers a heads up. I had no way of knowing they'd be closed in the middle of the week at 2:15pm. Guess we gotta be vigilant and call beforehand every time. I know this is stupid to complain about, but dude I literally drove 40 minutes just to go here.

Big E is the kindest dude and he and his team provide a great customer experience.
Check out the dbl cheese burger for $3.99. When I asked why it cost less than the single cheeseburger? Big E just wants to hooks folks up! The chicken teriyaki is amazing as is the sauce and salad sides.

Wow just wow,

I walked in here thinking how does teriyaki and burgers go together, the answer beautifully.

From the service the the nice hot food that comes out I was impressed everyone who works there is so friendly and kind and the atmosphere just makes you feel like home.

The prices are incredible! And this is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area , even if you’re not make the drive it’s awesome.

Second time stopping at Big E's T. I don't live in near it but since I was gona drive past it this 1 time I had 2 get off the freeway & get me some good food. I love love their fries with chicken & meat.. that alone would of filled me up but I also got the BigE burger wich is 👍👍
So I definitely had a whole second meal from it. 1 combo is definitely enough for 2 people. Haven't tried their bowls but thats next. Prices are reasonable, nothing to crazy at all. I went on a Monday around 12~1pm & they had a double cheeseburger for $3.50.. or 3something but under 4bucks. Don't know how often that deal happens or anything specific... but something to take advantage of if you are near by.
