BIG E'S TERIYAKI & BURGERS

We placed a $64.15 online pickup order after finding Big E’s through Yelp and Google and drove 20 minutes to try it for the first time. Our order included a Teriyaki Chicken Plate, Two Large Big E Chicken Fries, a Big E Burger, a Cheeseburger, and two Small Fries.

When my husband arrived, he was told our prepaid order had been given to someone else. We were shocked that an order with our name on it could be handed to the wrong customer.

The manager was dismissive, blamed it on being busy, and refused to offer a refund or even a small goodwill gesture. Thankfully, DoorDash stepped in and refunded our $64.15 order—otherwise, I’m not convinced we would have received one.

Unfortunately, we never even got to try the food. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. Driving 20 minutes only to have our order given away, followed by poor customer service and no accountability, ensured we won’t be returning.

Big E's was absolutely amazing !! Teriyaki is some of the best 👌 very established customer base and loyal following for reasons

I went for my first time Monday June 22. I was overwhelmed of visiting my usual spots. I had this place saved for a while from social media from a guy who made an amazing review on it. One of my favorite food content creators “ grubwithgreg” I saved this place & was eager to eventually visit. The time finally came. I ordered a XL Big E fries w/both & a Double Big E burger. Absolutely amazing. I was helped by cashier “ Chris” he gave me suggestions and told me which one was recommended so i went wit those two options I ordered. No complains. I was just a bit disappointed cause cashier said it had bacon but it didn’t unfortunately. I definitely would get it again just with less teriyaki sauce on my burger besides that. No complains. Plenty of parking, they had multiple TVs to share the FIFA World Cup experience while we wait for our order. This place deserves recognition ! Wish this place nothing but success!

Due for a review I guess. Been here a hand full of times, only getting chicken or beef bowls, and they hit every time. The beef was a little tough this go around but still really tasty. Definitely a favorite spot.

We ordered 3 items today and one was missing! Is this a joke!? This place can’t even fill in a 3-item order. No napkins, no utensils, no sauce was included while we asked for them. The burgers don’t taste very well and fries has NO salt!

Had the chicken teriyaki, it was good in taste and portion size. Teriyaki sauce was a bit thick but the tasty chicken made up for it

I highly recommend this place for a great quick place to get something to eat i came on march 14th at 1245pm and ordered a chicken bowl with potato salad, it was awesome, the service is quick and respectful and the food is great 👍

Showed up after seeing bomb review online but was told they were closed at 7:50 when there times clearly state they close at 8:30pm

Really good deal for 3 cheeseburger combos for $19 only tuesday Thursday and Saturday. It was good, the place has limited seating

Teriyaki plate: the beef and chicken were extremely dry, the macaroni and potato salad tasted horrible. The Big E burger was okay definitely not worth it.
