This is not my first purchase from them. I have bought from them six times in person and twice online. This is my second online purchase, but this time I never received their package. Not even the postman's vehicle showed up. I provided photos from our home camera, but they accused me of fraud and even insulted me. It's extremely absurd and ridiculous for me, I'm the buyer, they telling me to claim compensation from the post office,but they are the seller and the holder of the post office account. This after-sales service is the worst I have ever seen, without a doubt. Please do not buy from them. They even threatened me with my information? I have already decided to report this to the police.

We’ve been a returning customer numerous times. And recently my husband placed an online order but the package never delivered. It showed status as “delivered” by USPS, but the USPS truck never even showed up that day. Our Ring camera proofs evidence that they never even came. We reached out their customer service and explained everything, showed them the camera footage, but they still claim that the package was delivered. So I told them I would show all evidence to the bank and dispute the transaction and share my experience with social media. And this is what their employee/ owner replied (photo attached). I’m still in disbelief! Stay away guys! They take zero responsibility AND rude AF!

Been patronizing this merchant for years and also recommended to friends and associates. Spent a ton of money with them. The jerky was delicious and the taste was authentic. However, my last order (through Weee) was lost in the mail and when it resurfaced, the products have already expired. The merchant was not helpful at all and took zero responsibility when they were the ones who shipped the product.

Pricey but by far the best bakkwa in the US! 100% authentic SG-style bakkwa in terms of taste and texture! Ordered it online and it was a hassle-free delivery with quick shipping and frequent USPS updates. Will order again!
