Chicken noodles are best so far in the SGV. A few others in the area but with smaller portions and similar cost. Just smaller facility/place.

Was recommended try this place by my doctor who works in rosemead. He said this is his spot and I can tell why. The chicken pho was flavorful and I not sure but it seem they use a special type of chicken that is similar that used in Vietnam. While I was there eating Pho Ga, I noticed multiple tables had order Pho Ga and Hainan Chicken. Seems like a common combo amongst returning customers.

Great spot for chicken pho and Hainan chicken. I prefer rice and my wife prefers noodles. This place has been our go to lately. It seems there has been a change in management and they are addressing some of the issues that they had in recent years. I definitely seen the food quality improve lately.

This place serve the best chicken pho and other authentic Vietnamese dishes. Whenever we travel to Southern California this is a must place to stop by for lunch. Servers are all like your nice aunts, you can feel the homey atmosphere as a lot of regulars eat at this restaurant. You to try the chicken pho to know what this dish suppose to taste like!

Chicken is tasty in both Hai Nam chicken rice and chicken noodle soup we ordered. However, the chicken in Hai Nam chicken rice has small bone fragments in it. You can get stuck easily. Otherwise it will give it a five stars. Good thing is it accepts credit cards now.
It's the kind of mom and pop place that I love to eat. The place is only big enough for about 7-8 tables. But the traffic never stops.Staff, including the owner, are very friendly and down to earth. I love that the owner was at each table talking and checking on customers.Food: This place is known for the quality of the steamed chicken. It's perfectly seasoned and perfectly steamed.
The price has increased a lot recently, and all chicken noodles are made from chicken legs and wings. It should be to save costs! Average taste and service. Tips should be done diligently!

I rarely gave only one star to a restaurant. Firstly, they only accepted cash. And then, I wasn't satisfied with their taste. Finally, their services were truly terrible. When there are so many restaurants in this area, I believe that you deserve a better one.

This is a 3.5 star review. We tried the beef and chicken rice noodle soup and the Hainan chicken. The chicken itself tastes good and meat the juicy but the portion of the meat is not many for the Hainan chicken. Noodle soup broth is refreshing and flavorful. Overall, it's a good place if you want to have Pho with fresh chicken broth.
