This place does not accept any gift cards. What restaurant does not accept mastercard !! Maybe cuz mine had the sticker on it still and made them think it was not activated ? but they didn’t even try it !!The meat was a little dry and needed more of the barbecue.. whatever it is that comes with the tray is NOT barbecue.. it’s some water down thing .. a good note: they do serve ONE dark beer .. i guess that’s better than none lolBtw I had the two meat Dinner with the two sides. Don’t get the rib tips !! Too dry

Decided on Lucille's for my sons birthday this evening, sadly it was a big let down. Customer Service was excellent but the food was bad. Ribs were dry and hard almost like jerky, tasted "old" for lack of a better term, the pulled pork was dry and alot of burned pieces, the biscuits were hard and falling apart and butter for them was watery. It's almost like all the food was just microwaved or reheated. Sadly we won't be returning.Again, the people were great, friendly and helpful but we went for the food and it was a huge let down.

I asked for two gallons of iced tea and instead was given two cups and when given the gallons I was asked to pay for them again but I was refunded my money back but there was no accountability for their mistake or apology.

The St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs and the beef ribs was either overcooked or it was reheated. It was tough and dry. The meat didn’t come off the bone easily - had to knaw the meat off the bone. The best part was the BBQ sauce - good flavor.
