This is the best noodle dish I’ve ever had—absolutely worth every penny, or rather, it’s a fantastic deal! The owner is amazing, never fussy about tips. Whatever amount you give, they always respond with a friendly “thank you.” I highly recommend this noodle shop. Every time I pass by, I make sure to stop in for a bowl of their “Prawn Noodles” with a side of “Chicken Offal.” I truly hope the business thrives and stays open for a long time!
This is one of the best Noodle Houses in LA I have ever tried since I started my studies here in the U.S. and I will always tell my friends you know the food is bussin when there is a shrine when you enter a Chinese/Viet/Thai restaurant as the food is served with a taste of culture. The best “Hu-Tieu” restaurant in an area with plenty of competition.We always get the char-siu with egg noodles and the special noodles with some Chinese doughnuts. I suggest getting the soup on the side so that you could taste the rich flavor of the noodles and the soup.
