Our favorites are Honey Green Tea and Vietnamese coffee slush. Their restroom used to be available for customers to use, but now it's always closed. It said out of order but saw an employee used the restroom so looks like it's only for the employees. Also not a fan of their rewards system. It's not available on Clover app like Sharetea, where you can see online how many points you currently have. So you have to ask how many points do you have everytime you order....

This place is pretty fire, they don't have an overly extensive menu and it's drinks they do really well. The parking spaces aren't really meant for larger cars, but it seemed like the plaza wasn't busy enough for it to be an issue if you double up. The staff was very nice and was very patient considering I was placing a large order. Definitely a plus for making all the drinks accurately. Will be back again.

It was a hot day, so I was looking for a refreshing drink. Made my way to Neighbors Tea House for my must grab drink, Smash Avocado and Durian. This drink comes with rainbow jelly, but I also got this was honey boba. This drink had the perfect balance of being sweet and icy. It was very refreshing and exactly what I needed that day.
