Food is delicious and fragrant. Chili oil is authentic and actually has spice and taste, not that mild stuff other places have. The beef in the fried noodle dish is tender and delicious, the sauce is fragrant. Cats ear noodle did take a longer time to make, but it's all hand made. Can't complain.
My husband got the lamb organ soup and the broth is milky white. The soup is extremely clear tasting and not gamey. Hand pulled noodle texture is on point....

My wife & I comes here once or twice a month sometimes every week specially during cold days and always order the same Beef noodle soup ‘knife cut’. Beef chunks that are so tender and juicy with broth to die for!!! We come in and most of the times we do not even need to tell them our orders because they know us already. We‘ve been coming here since they changed name from noodle boy. the ‘lady’ sometimes gives us other food or appetizers to try. what a great service...
