YU CAKE offers a variety of interesting cake choices that are fancy and pretty to look at, but not too sweet. However, some find the price of $10-14 per slice on the expensive side. The store has a high-end feel to it, with unique flavors like Mochi Mochi Brown Sugar bread and a classy atmosphere. While the Pork Sung Salted Egg Yolk bread was fluffy and soft, some felt it lacked in flavor for its price of $17 a loaf. On the other hand, the Uji Matcha Snowflake Chewy Cube was described as absolutely delicious. YU CAKE seems to excel in their cakes, with the Mango crepe cake being a standout. The location may feel more like a display area than a bakery, but the packaging is nice.
