Seems like the owners don’t care about their customers from reading the recent reviews. We entered at 6:30pm and they were already starting to prep to close for the night. The lady that took our order had I phone earphones in and was not listening to what was being said. They just started our sandwiches and took away the dressing condiment’s before even seeing what we wanted. When I told her mayo and mustard she just assumed it was for all the sandwiches and put it on them. When I told her she said that’s not what I said. By that time, I have had it. Going from a regular customer for a family of three to loosing our business totally. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Don’t prep the food for closing when it’s 2 hours prior!!!! Bad for business.

Went in for sandwiches the girl behind the counter was rushing us the whole time. No one was in line behind us so there was no excuse. The veggies were all extremely unappetizing so we got plain sandwiches with just lettuce and pickles lol why I didn’t just walk out was cus we just got out the care from an hour and a half drive home from soccer tournament weekend and just wanted to go home and eat.

I found a fly in their sandwich on May 9th, 2025, around noon. Never going back.

They gave me old soup. It smelled old and unfortunately I tried a bit and it was old. I called to explain that the soup wasn't good. They said I can go back and get a new soup. When I returned they poured me a new one and I ask if it was a freshly made batch. She said yes and I didn't think nothing. When I got home to eat the soup it was still old. Be careful y'all.

Went here for a quick lunch, greeted with attitude. The worker sounded annoyed and aggressive to me and the other customer in the store. At check out, she didn't hand me the food, but instead, left it on the counter and walked off after I payed. Unwelcoming service.

Everytime I go I have problems. I went today and they gave me a sandwhich with ONE slice of meat for a footlong, so am i paying for bread and veggies?? it’s so annoying to get home and see that bc i live so far that i can’t go back and ask them to add more. Also some guy told me i couldn’t buy things separately and that it needed to be together, in what world does that make sense? definitely better off going to another subway

Vegetarian options: There are quite a few fixings for those that don't consume meat. All the veggies are fresh.. Also, they use to have a veggie patty option that was pretty tasty.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and I believe they have high chairs .

This place sucks all i go infor is a preztel bread and she took her time got on phone with other person .FOCUS ON YOUR CUSTOMER! if you cant multi task because your on the phone talking with someone on ear piece.Than get another job.I walked out!

It's been 3 times that I've ordered here, and I receive a sub with less than the 50 percent meat I added to my sandwich.

Other locations get it right on the subway app based on my favorite.

I hate the fact that I had to contact corporate, and I hate doing this since it's a franchise because I know what it's like to run a business, but three times to be shorted on what I'm paying for at this business is suspicious
